The New Folk Collective is excited to
start our 2008 spring season off with Bill Staines.
With this show Bill brings us his first new release
in 3 years.
Known for his sing-along classics that
have been covered by such luminaries as Nanci Griffith
and Jerry Jeff Walker, Old Dogs is a fresh batch of
songs inspired by over four decades of touring America's
highways and small towns.
As Nanci puts it, "He carries on
where Woody left off - carrying on the tradition of
stories and characters you wish you knew." We're
looking forward to hearing them!
